My child attended there from when they opened until mid-May ’24. At first it was wonderful. But over the last 5 months it’s completely made a turn for the worse. With lots of lies (or as they referred to it “misinformed director”, same thing). Almost daily made up scenarios. A teacher telling a parent in front of 25+ children she didn’t want to be there with the children; but when recalled by the other teachers present conveniently leaving that part out and blaming the parent for the upset children, even though the parent was standing for their child against the negative and crude manner their child was being spoke to.

??They caused my child social and emotional discomfort, almost daily (dcfs classified abuse) ultimately resulting in PTSD.
??They “don’t see” stuff happening to my child but they see everything my child supposedly did.
??They didn’t follow a, doctor provided, directive regarding milk.
??They put hands on my child inappropriately (dcfs classified abuse)
??The turnover for teachers is horrendous.
??The director can often be found watching movies in the office.
??The camera system for you to observe is horrendous, by design.
??The staffs’ children that attend the school are NOT held to the same level of accountability as the other children.
??The executive director believes that the staff doesn’t put on a front when they’re around and, therefore, sees none of the issues at hand, despite providing proof.
??When offered alternative resources, because they wanted to interrupt service for my child, we were provided with the qualifications for state aid (that they know we don’t qualify for) and a phone number for facilities that except aid and a service that was less than 1/4 of the daycare we require.

Proceed with caution.

It sucks that I have to give this daycare 1 star because our child enjoyed coming here to learn and play with her friends. HOWEVER my issues are with the high turnover with teachers & the billing department. Our child was here for 2 months & had 3 different teachers in that short period. We would never know what she actually ate during the day because what they wrote in the notes would be different from what they said she ate in person & what our kid said she ate that day. We don’t want our child to eat beef or pork (which we put in her dietary restriction form) & multiple times they served her beef (which luckily she didn’t eat anyways). Now to the billing department. We were INCORRECTLY charged $175 for not filling out a 2 weeks notice for removal from the daycare which was done on THEIR WEBSITE at the 2 week mark. It has been 4 weeks since the charge posted & has not been reversed yet! We were thinking about enrolling her for the summer but absolutely do not want to be fighting to get an additional $175 back because the center and the billing department aren’t communicating effectively.
