I called to inquire about a Brazilian and eyebrow wax and was informed that the Brazilian was not offered. So, I scheduled an eyebrow wax instead. When I arrived and reviewed their service menu while waiting, I saw that the Brazilian wax was listed as a service. When I asked why I was told otherwise, they explained that the person who performs the waxing might be uncomfortable, and it was up to their discretion.

To me, this is very unprofessional and discriminatory. A service should either be offered or not. Due to dishonesty and the obvious lack of professionalism, I will not be going back.

My hair is very hard to work with. It’s curly, frizzy and really thick. I had a great experience. Hallie was so nice! She was in on Monday and they were closed but she still set up an appointment with me for the next day. Cruz cut my hair and did some other things. It lioks really good! Thank you so much for your excellent service. Everyone there was super friendly and had great customer service. I’ll be going back next time I need my hair done!
