Aubrey at the Salon Professional Academy truly exceeded my expectations with her exceptional skills and professionalism. From the moment I sent her a picture of what I envisioned for my hair, she took the time to explain the process thoroughly and even tested my hair to ensure its health. While my hair wasn’t quite ready for the desired look, Aubrey didn’t just leave it there; she provided me with valuable advice on how to improve its condition and suggested a starting point to achieve my desired result.

I was thoroughly impressed by Aubrey’s expertise in selecting the perfect colors to mix for my new look. The end result surpassed my wildest expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with my new color. It’s evident that Aubrey has dedicated herself to honing her craft, and I’ve had the privilege of witnessing her talent evolve into something truly remarkable.

Additionally, I must commend Aubrey for her impeccable cutting skills. I asked for my ends to be cleaned up, and she executed the cut flawlessly, leaving my hair looking fresh and healthy. I recently went to the salon to attempt to go blonde again (I have naturally brown hair). The one thing I had asked was that my hair not be orange, I just don’t like it on myself and love a more ashy tone. I had gone over this with my original stylist Madysen . During the appointment I was sent home with a wet head so I did not know what my hair looked like. I find it also important to note that not once did an instructor come over and check on how my hair was doing. When I got home and blow dried it sure enough it was orange. I was pretty upset as a had spent a good amount of money only for my hair to be everything I did not want it to be. The next day I called the salon to try and get it fixed, while I understand they are students an instructor should have checked in during the original appointment to make sure the results were going to be closer to what I wanted or I should have been told it was not going to be possible. Winter was wonderful and got me in the next day to get it all fixed. Between winter and Mikayla, they achieved everything I wanted and more in the second appointment. They did a very thorough consultation and were constantly checking on how my hair was processing. If it were not for the two of them I would not give five states. I appreciated that they asked me to do a review knowing not all of what I had to say would be positive. To me this shows great business and being willing to learn when an opportunity presents itself. I will definitely be going back to winter and Mikayla.
