This school is Also a mess the staff like ms.grey that have the right to abuse and disobey students personal space, curse and scream.in there ears , push hit and shove the students without any repercussions or consequences faced towards them is ashame . Students constantly get hurt by teachers but the principal mr.herring that doesnt help AT ALL suspends the students instead of looking more into the teachers and how they act . Thw staff are also ridiculous blowing whistles and bells into the students ears not caring about health consequences or how they react to is NOT SAFE !!!! This school is not a safe environment and i recommend that students rethink about attending this middle school

I have came back now to report my experiences with this school now that I am in grade 8. The paragraph you seen was written from me last year as I had some harsh & upsetting experiences with this school. I’m back in 8 grade and the school is no better. The school is nasty, dirty, and the principal mr herring does absolutely nothing to help anyone or anything in this school. He consistently chills in his office all day and when someone needs him they are told he’s in a “meeting” all day everyday. Then we have the staff like ms gray who is back it again with the screaming in children’s faces without any reprocussions towards her name. Previously mr herring was told about how students are disrespecting a well favorited teachers religion and he did absolutely nothing to solve it. He claimed there’s was nothing he could do and kept on his journey as a bad principal. Parents DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE ! This is my last year and I’m very excited to be exiting this filthy hell hole thts covered with mice, Roaches, and disrespectful staff. Also, when students get hurt the “nurse” does absolutely nothing to help the students except for giving them ice packs or telling them how to cure it when they get home. But she is pretty cool. And grade 8 teachers I advice you leave this school & go to a better one with more respectful kids and staffs that are not bullies to other staffs. One couple of staffs that I will shoutout is Mrs.valvo and Mrs.walker. They both do their best to keep the school In order and get to th bottom of every situation unlike mr.herring. Thankyou and please rethink about sending your children to this school

As a sophomore in high school now I’m realizing that my time spent in science and medicine middle school was absolutely outrageous. Every school isn’t perfect but this school could’ve done better. A lot of complaints from students written on this wall You’d be surprise how much of them are actually true. There’s a lot of prejudice and weird bonds against teachers, staff and most importantly students … mainly staff aswell who let’s be honest do their job but not completely. Example i had a well favorited teacher that started to get threats about her religion and hateful rude comments about it, the principal did little to nothing to help out about it simply because he was either “busy” or just because he didn’t value the teacher as much as his other staff. People in this school tend to be very petty staffwise and studen wise wasn’t bad in my attendance there honestly i can say that but at the same time. SMMS you need to do better. So as a student that has spent all 3 terms at the school should you send your child there? If they want to go sure. HOWEVER beware the consequences and please trust your child when and if they report to you about the school because majority of the stuff we say happen in this school is so outrageous you’d think it’s not at all true. ???????
