This school is ghetto!! I hated it, they treat you like it is a prison, from the weapon searches to the constant fights outside. At the high school fair they lure you by trying to say that they have programs for medical assisting or EMT training but it is a lie. They do not have any of those things. All they care about it looking good so they put in this horrible tardiness system, where if you are late, even a minute, you are forced into detention for the first hour, DURING CLASS, so your grade goes down. The food is sickening and the school is literally one floor, so one grade is cramped into one hallway. It is stuffy and you often encounter the other schools on the other floors which are horrible and even more ghetto. DO NOT GO HERE, they have no programs, all they have is community service, which you do not benefit from. I went to community service and all I did for two hours was file magazines and charts, I was not allowed to speak to doctors or patients. They just set up alliances with hospitals to USE us for clerical duty, and if you do not do it, you do not graduate. On my day of Prom the principal made everyone still come to school. Girls had rollers and in their hair and were forced to undo their styles because the pins went off in the metal detectors during prom day, because of this, many people went to prom looking awful. You only get TWO tickets for graduation and whomever they favor can get many more. The school is horrible and I wouldn’t recommend for anyone else to go there, I would know all this stuff because I was lured in there and had the worst high school experience and learned NOTHING.
First of all, that place is stuffy and with a slight jump I can touch the ceiling, everything is so so not well kept, THE BATHROOMS, look like prison where it is about half your size, AND NO MIRRORS. I don’t know when that school was built, but they really need an upgrade because it looks like hunted school and I won’t feel safe their.
