Sorry not sorry. Two hours for a basic manicure and it’s still tacky for my trip to Walmart. Fun. But, now that I’ve cooled down… I’ll add that the student was growing increasingly frustrated with himself that the nail polish got tacky after more than 5 passes. I wanted to chime in and give advice but I didn’t think it was my place. So, I sat still… for a two hour nail painting session. I was surprised that after what felt like 30 minutes of prep ( shaping , buffing, nail base, and adding more than enough … was it oil?) Polish had yet to touch my fingers. I decided to change colors after the first removal of polish for a repaint. Many redues later.. my second hand was ready to be painted on. By this point, he rushed and painted basically my first digit of my fingers covered with paint. All the edges were scrapped off with a skewer type tool dipped in remover. This took most of the time… people that were there before me had long gone and new hair appointments were all made up and paid for and gone.. They were closing by the time we were through. Worst 13 bucks I ever spent ??

Had a color, cut and style today by Abby. First let me say the whole place is very nice, the staff and students are so friendly! It’s a great atmosphere! And my stylist Abby was excellent! Friendly and at ease, she talked to me like she’s Known me forever. Her hair skills are very good. I can’t remember her instructors name but she was extremely knowledgeable about color! My hair turned out 100% better than I expected! Thank you ladies for a job well done!
