I used to go to this school, and from start to finish, the teachers were subpar, except for the English, math, and chemistry teachers. The rest were inept and lacked teaching skills. The management was abysmal and disorganized. However, I made lifelong friends and memories there, and I still talk to some of them today. The school has since undergone a transformation, striving for professionalism, cleanliness, and a more modern design. They have also increased teacher salaries.
Leadership:
The school principal, Ms. Lana, lacks the necessary skills to manage the school effectively. Her inability to handle both teachers and parents is evident.
Teacher Turnover: The constant teacher turnover disrupts my children’s learning. The teachers who are hired often lack expertise and the necessary skills to manage and educate children properly.
Communication: The school lacks internal coordination. Emails and attempts to communicate with the administration about issues are routinely ignored.
Impact:
These ongoing issues severely impact my children’s education and well-being. The lack of stability and support has led to a decline in their interest in school and academic progress.
Attempts at Resolution:
I have made numerous attempts to address these concerns with the school administration, including multiple emails and meetings. Unfortunately, my efforts have been ignored, and no steps have been taken to resolve the issues.
Suggestions for Improvement:
Leadership Training: Ms. Lana and other administrative staff need comprehensive training in school management and parent engagement.
Communication: Implement a reliable communication system to ensure parents’ concerns are acknowledged and addressed promptly.
Conclusion:
I am extremely disappointed with the quality of education and management at [School Name]. I hope the school administration takes these concerns seriously and makes significant improvements. Until then, I cannot recommend this school to other parents.
I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for all your efforts in organizing the graduation party. Your dedication and attention to detail made it an unforgettable event for everyone involved.
I truly appreciate the hard work and creativity you put into making this celebration so special. It was a wonderful way to mark this important milestone, and it wouldn’t have been possible without your incredible support.
Thank you once again for everything.
Warm regards,
My school, Sharjah International Private School, has improved significantly since our beloved, respectful, and hardworking principal, Ms. Lana, joined last academic year. I thank her for her meticulous attention to detail, which has contributed to a safe environment and an innovative learning atmosphere suitable for students of all ages. One of the many beneficial changes Ms. Lana has brought to SIPS is providing more options for students throughout their higher secondary academic level, which has made it easier for many. I would also like to thank all my teachers, including my English teacher, Ms. Uzma, for their support, hard work, and equal efforts with all my classmates this year, leading to clear academic improvements. I will stay at SIPS for the next two years until I graduate and highly recommend the school to anyone hoping to join a welcoming, enjoyable, and inspiring school environment.
Extremely traumatic experience. Incompetent teachers. The majority of the student body consists of ill-mannered students who seem to have never received behavioral teaching. Bullying is the norm. There are no extracurricular events. Classrooms are extremely crowded with up to 40 students per class. The school building is dirty, and the bathrooms are substandard. Do not send your child there unless you want them to leave with long-lasting trauma and horrible memories.
I cannot fully express my gratitude for the amazing teachers at our school. Mrs. Raji, our English teacher, has greatly improved my English skills and helped me achieve high scores. Our mathematics teacher, Mr. [Last Name], has always explained concepts with patience and clarity, ensuring we understand everything. Mr. Abo Bakr has also been incredibly dedicated in his teaching. I also want to thank our Arabic, Social Studies, Science, and ICT teachers for their significant contributions to our education. Each of them has played a crucial role in our learning journey. While I appreciate all my teachers, a special thanks goes to Mrs. Raji and Mr. [Last Name] for their massive efforts and unwavering support. Their influence has been profound, and I’m deeply grateful. In particular, Mr. [Last Name], our mathematics teacher, hasn’t only helped me grasp challenging concepts but has also inspired a genuine love for the subject. His encouragement, dedication, and soft way of teaching have made a significant difference in my academic journey. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had such a passionate and caring teacher. Thank you, Mr. [Last Name], for everything you have done for us.
Love the atmosphere at the school, and with the new principal, management has improved so much. I won’t ever regret enrolling my children in this school.
