We have five children at Wellspring from KG2 to secondary school, and we love it. The teachers are excellent, the atmosphere is nurturing, and our children are happy. Highly recommend it!
The best school in Ras Al Khaimah! Our kids have been in the school for six years, and we have never had a complaint. They not only focus on academics, but also on the children’s moral and social education. It’s a small, close-knit community where teachers and administration are approachable if any concern arises.
My child is flourishing at this community-oriented school. This American Curriculum school, with over 50 different nationalities, truly embodies growing up in an international environment where differences are celebrated and challenges are tackled together: parents, school, and children. The group of dedicated teachers, support staff, and management, along with involved parents, make it the best school in RAK. The campus and classroom setup may not be state-of-the-art, but the opportunities for students to participate in various relevant and current (extracurricular) projects are innumerable and potentially life-changing! Have a look and feel for yourself and visit the school.
Ever since we moved to WellSpring, we have seen only positives for our children. They not only focus on the academic part (which is very good), but they also pay great attention to the social-emotional learning of students, which in my opinion, is so important nowadays more than ever. Their inclusion team is also good and really tries to help children who need it. In fact, it is the best I have seen in RAK. If you are moving to RAK and looking for a school, you should visit them to learn more.
After the COVID-19 pandemic, this school experienced a severe decline due to changes in management and the departure of competent staff. Weak management, a lower educational level among staff and teachers, absurd and inconsistent rules, inexperienced and unqualified teachers, and a lack of responsiveness to student and parent concerns are among the most significant weaknesses of this school.
Very bad experience with the school. My son suffered discrimination, and no one did anything. If you are not one of them, they simply don’t care. I am very disappointed that after being at the school for three years, we took our children out, and nobody called or even cared. Everyone should know this. My son received a death threat from another student. If you are not one of them, you are alone. My son, a perfect student with good grades, who is polite, is out. The boy who threatened other boys because they are different is still there.
One of the best schools in Ras Al Khaimah. I am so happy I changed from Rak Academy. The environment is very friendly; the whole community is like a family. Everyone is valued and appreciated. Highly recommended.
