The school is new. I noticed it is extremely understaffed, with teachers, assistants, and classrooms changing within a few days, and staff performing different roles simultaneously while charging market-competitive fees.
Although I appreciate the inclusive options available at the school, with a great emphasis on BYOLSA (Bring Your Own Learning Support Assistant), the SEN (Special Educational Needs) department is undertrained and understaffed.
I faced a problem with my 3-year-old daughter. Ninety percent of 3-year-olds can’t speak clearly, and these so-called enrollment officers should know better. School management should train these admissions officers properly before putting them in charge of deciding children’s fates. Instead, they want children all prepared beforehand; if that’s the case, then what is the point of nursery school? They should know better than to tell parents that something is wrong with their children and that they should see a doctor. How disrespectful! I would have rated this negatively if I could!
We are satisfied with the school and all the staff. Our child is given ample support and guidance to explore and progress. The school has successfully struck an appropriate balance between academic and co-curricular activities.
I am a proud parent and I would surely recommend this school. Keep up the great work!
The Hope English School has one of the most professional and sincere teams. Its location is convenient, and they offer transportation. The school is newly built with all the necessary facilities for the students. They are very up-to-date with technology and teaching methods.
My son is happy in this school so far and will continue to study there. Their care and acceptance of every child for who they are is exceptional. He has improved a lot since his first months at school.
Mrs. Sundus and Mrs. Angel are, so far, superheroes to all the children at the school!
Much love and blessings to all.
I had a horrible experience at this new school. I went there yesterday with my three-year-old twins to apply for nursery. They rejected my twins because, apparently, they didn’t meet their absurd standards. The admissions staff expected my children to come prepared with extensive academic knowledge. They just turned three; they should learn their first academic lessons and experience with students in nursery. The admissions staff told us to enroll our twins in nursery elsewhere and then bring them back to Hope School and apply for nursery again. In other words, this school doesn’t want to put any effort into its students. They want “self-made” students! If my three-year-olds already know all their letters and numbers, then I don’t see the point in enrolling them in nursery! They might as well go to KG1! Because my twins don’t meet their expectations, they had the audacity to suggest I take my twins to the doctor to have their speech development checked! Most three-year-olds are either shy or uncomfortable talking with strangers in the first meeting! They made us wait for three and a half hours, and the AC in the reception area wasn’t working, so naturally, my twins became hungry and cranky! It was a horrible experience!
Thank you to the Hope English School for the good work, especially Miss Angel for the close follow-up of the Sen student.
Congratulations to the Lazar Group on opening a new school. This is an exciting milestone that promises to bring education, growth, and opportunities to the community. Wishing you all the best in providing a nurturing and inspiring environment for students to thrive. Here’s to a bright future filled with learning and success!
