We were specifically told that our son would be continuing in his after school club, finishing 15:45pm a particular day every week after the half term. 2:30 pm on the day of his first club I was told that was not the case.
They do not seem to appreciate people have jobs and have to organise their childcare around that.
Apparently we can also wait until two weeks into the new term before letters for applications for after school club for the the term go out. Surely these should be going out the term before in preparation.
Me and my employer are getting sick and tired of this school operating as if every child has a parent at home ready to do the schools bidding at the drop of a hat.
If your child is from a family where both parents work, I advise looking for a different school.
