Extremely unhappy with the supposed professionalism of this company. They lack basic knowledge with the way light reflects off different skin tones and then use their watermark to disguise unflattering images that aren’t noticeable until after you have paid PS16.99 per digital image. I am disappointed in my daughters nursery photos and they will not rectify the issue and make false claims that I want them to change my daughters skin tone. Very tone deaf and unprofessional! Almost PS70 for 4 digital photos that I now have to pay to get professionally enhanced to soften the harsh light on her face which made all her photos unflattering. I have taken better photos of her on my iPhone.
Photographers are amateur at best! Exorbitant pricing for digital photos that were subpar. They do not know how to adjust lighting to suit individual clientele! DO NOT RECCOMMEND! Better off Taking the photos yourself. Very unhappy with my daughters nursery photos and they refuse to rectify the issue.
We were looking forward to a group shot, because every year the children change in class and it would have been a fantastic souvenir, if not for the fact that the photographer taking the photo seemed to have closed his eyes and only took one shot, where my child’s face was turned.
I’ve had great photos done at my sons SEN school, pricing was alot better then previous company. Customer support were brilliant
I ordered framed school photos of my daughter to be delivered at my home address. They were delivered, however, one frame came with shattered glass. I complained to them through their website, so far, no communication from the. Absolutely, pathetic service.
