Not sure if you work as an agency where you assign your work to other instructors or do all instructors employed by you? This feedback is for the instructor call Zaibullah, which my wife booked for a lesson at 12 noon on Saturday 14/10. She was really excited for her first lesson and was looking forward to it.she even cancelled her hospital appointment which she got after 4 weeks. On the day 12noon passed, 12:15 passed and eventually at 12.30 she rang your company where person she spoke to was apologetic and didn’t know anything about it. The lady on the reception tried contacting instructor who was not bothered answering her phone and eventually we had to cancel the lesson . What an absolute unprofessional behaviour. Imagine the same scenario from our side. You would have taken money from us saying it’s not your fault. He doesn’t even have shown courtesy to ring us and apologies. We understand we are humans and we are not infallible in any sense but at least we deserve an explanation of what has gone wrong on the day !!
