Our son joined NHC in September 2023 and has immediately settled in. It’s such a vibrant place and a true community setting. Parents are looked after as much as the children and we have made instant friends with other families. Our son is cared for and stimulated in a creative and fun environment, with the most amazing home cooked food! We love it and can’t recommend it enough.
We have had a wonderful experience at NHC, where Sara and her team have gone out of their way to welcome our child and our entire family into the setting. I am so impressed with the breadth of activities on offer each week, as well as the care and attention given to each child, the focus on diversity and inclusion and the amazing meals freshly prepared each day. NHC feels like a home from home and I would highly recommend them! 🙂
Where do I even start. What a fabulous, outstanding place for children.
I first went to visit Sara in September and as soon as I entered, I immediately felt at home. She is such a kind, caring, pure soul who devotes herself to our children. What more could you want from a manager of a nursery. The team are absolutely outstanding throughout the nursery, creating a warm, loving and fun environment.
It’s so hard to trust people, especially with your children. The NHC team made me felt at ease straight away, within 5 minutes of being in the nursery.
Sara is always planning the children’s next events, outings and learning weeks. All hours of the day.

Could honestly say, I don’t think I could trust anyone else (especially being a very anxious first time mum)

We found Norbury Hill Cubs after it was recommended to us by multiple local parents and have been absolutely delighted with the care that my child has received during his time there. He has developed into a happy, confident little boy with a love for numbers, reading, dance and most importantly, fun!

Sara and all of the NHC staff go above and beyond to ensure the children are given support, affection and attention. We are especially impressed with the outside space, multiple external visits and activities in the local area and the delicious food served at every meal.

We have direct experience of multiple childcare providers in the area and it is heads and shoulders above any other nursery environment that we have encountered and my only regret is that I wasn’t able to send my eldest there too!

My friend recommended NHC and she was so right to do so! I have sent both my children there – it’s such a lovely family run nursery that’s really nurturing and caring. The staff are really thoughtful and knowledgeable and the curriculum is so well planned. They also offer a range of classes in things like music, French and yoga and the food is fantastic! Sara is always coming up with creative and engaging activities and ways to make the children feel special. The communication is great – Sara keeps us all informed about curriculum plans, menus, trips etc and there are weekend trips we can all attend too. I see loads of pictures throughout the day of how my children are getting on and they have both flourished there.
