Aerial ring party for my 8 year olds birthday. Absolutely super! Rachel was really confidence inspiring and all the kids achieved more than we could have imagined and left with huge smiles! Thanks so much!
The studios and equipment are excellent. Rachel ensures the exercises are tailored to suit the individual. For anyone with back issues improving flexibility and muscle tone and strength through Pilates is definitely worth trying.
Highly recommend this dance school, especially Adult Beginners Ballet taught by Benoit. Friendly and professional atmosphere and good price with additional workshops over the summer.
Rachel is professional, patient and encouraging. I would highly recommend her pilates classes for anyone wanting to be more supple
