Was a great school that took me on from multiple permanent exclusions and actually tried to help and put support in place. Passed most of my GCSE’s with hardly any revision and teachers were supportive. There is no racism from the teachers to students in this school
Unlike others nearby and they deal with things when they have actual facts or CCTV footage.

Maybe it’s not for kids from a
Soft and privileged background. If you don’t slap your kids or never disciplined them then of course some lad who has it tough will put them through it. Why complain as Nottingham isn’t the most peaceful city either and they’ll learn how to handle themselves

Never send your kids to this school. They don’t listen to you when u suffer with mental health and stick you in “inclusion” with naughty kids because they carnt be arsed to deal with you. Inclusion is supposed to be a 6 week corse to improve your kid’s behaviour but your child won’t be out in 6 weeks. I was put in inclusion in year 8 and I was still in inclusion when I got kicked out the school in year 11. Inclusion doesn’t improve children’s behaviour because they get given a folder everyday with word searches and colouring in.

They don’t expel bully’s they just get rid of the child being bullied. I was bullied, manipulated the lot by this one child I classed as a friend. After numerous conversations with all different teachers they took the manipulators side and said to my “friend” “stay away from him”. I was never sat down once and asked what was going on. Only one teacher really tried there best to help me and I will forever be grateful for them.

Not even worth one star, the safeguarding is awful and very poor and the staff are very rude. Year 9s are beating up 7s on the first week and exclude the ones being bullied while the bullies are getting let off! They even let a year 7 go hungry when they forgot their lunch, where is the compassion and child protection for these children? AND the text they use in English etc have swear words in them, which they allow the children to read aloud however they then tell the children off for saying these words around the school, the hypocrisy is unreal.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE! The School definitely needs an updated OFSTED report

Receptionist is the most obnoxious person I have ever had the misfortune to speak to in 40 years.
Brilliant place teaching all kinds off stuff brilliant teachers sign language for deaf kids plenty of wheelchair access parking
