Partners daughter changed schools. Had everything she needed,
Visited the shop on a Saturday lunchtime for my daughter’s first secondary uniform. Expected it to be busy but we were seen straight away and lots of staff on hand to assist. A lovely young lady assisted us with our purchases and was very patient whilst we tried a few different sizes. Excellent customer service and prices on par with other uniform stores.
Has what’s needed but customer services were a little lacking during both of my visits. Staff are not rude but they just cannot be asked. I. E. When asked if they have a specific item they’d say no straight away without turning their head and it’s right behind them despite not being busy on both visits. First visit we were the only customers and second visit there was only one other customer and plenty of staff members. Nice people and good prices but may just need some training on customer service
Visited the Swinton shop today for a new secondary school uniform for my daughter. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Our experience was fantastic, great staff and quality uniform!
Make sure you check the website for prices beforehand as price increases as size increases. Staff are very friendly and assisting, uniform lasts a while.
