On a few occasions previously, I have paid for the lessons a week later and this has never been a problem. However, when I asked to pay later on this last occasion, the staff member started screaming and shouting at me in front of my two young daughters. She threatened to call the police and completely blew things out of proportion.
My daughters were extremely distressed and started crying. The staff member did apologise in the end, however, her behaviour was completely uncalled for and very unprofessional. My daughters will not be returning.
