I rang on Tuesday, there were no management in the building despite being nursery opening hours. Promised I would get a call/text or email the next day.
4 days later, no response. I have called 7 times this morning and only just got through, again no management available to talk.
If my daughter was there and it was an emergency I don’t even know how I would get hold of anyone. Massive safeguarding issue.
