Just visited to buy our daughters high school uniform for Malbank , Very friendly and helpful with trying on and reasonable prices
Every time I come to this shop there is a sign on the door stating the staff member has just nipped out! Considering this shop is only open for 3 days a week you would think they would be more organised and would actually be there! Very frustrating having to sit and wait around!!!

Thanks for the reply Callum but this is the third time it has happened now and I felt I should have left a review the second time but didn’t.

The member of staff was gone for over half an hour, so unlikely to have just been going to the toilet. Customers shouldn’t be having to wait all that time for the only staff member there to “nip off” not professional and not very good for business.

Ordered uniform before schools broke up for the summer. Never received notification to collect. When I chased my order I was told it had been crossed out in the book and now they can’t get the correct jumper in until after Christmas!
Found the lady very rude & unhelpful told me I should of come to the shop at an earlier date to get sizes that they didn’t have in stock! Bearing in mind I didn’t know where the shop was until the back end of last week, I felt rushed and also told numerous times that an item I didn’t want to buy was cheap even with stating I still didn’t want to buy it. Shame because the other lady seemed lovely!
Have to buy the branded school uniform items here and tend to online. Very smooth process.
