Howe Green is a really wonderful primary school. The teachers and teaching assistants are all fantastic, so diligent, approachable/friendly and dedicated to every child. It is a fantastic and warm learning environment where the children are happy and stretched in equal measure. The school head, Mrs Mills and the deputy Mr Martin are a great partnership. The school facilities are great with spacious grounds and easy parking. Howe Green is a really super country school.
My son attends this school and both he and i are very happy with it. With small class sizes, modern classrooms and beautiful grounds it has a real family feel and provides a lovely nuturing environment for the children and their families. The children have many great opportunities in sport, art, music, drama, foreign languages and technology. The teachers are excellent and they all clearly have a passion for encouraging the very best from each child with an individualised approach. What makes this school particularly stand out is how happy, confident, polite and caring all the chidren are, which is a credit to the tremendous hard work of all the staff there. I would’nt hesitate to recommend this school to anyone looking to give their child the best start in their formal education.
Howe Green provides a wonderful learning environment for the children. The ethos of the school is what makes it unique – encouraging and caring and getting fantastic results from the children without being results driven – it’s all about working the way that is best for your child.
A small but exceptional school where great teachers nurture learning and instil confidence in children. Both my daughters have been attending since nursery and just love it: I could not recommend it more.
