Unfortunately Ada had to self isolate and we were sent an email to tell us that she was looking to rebook all lessons over the next 10 days. This meant that my son would be missing 2 lessons, that was not a problem at all as health always comes first.
We decided to book a short break on a Friday, as we knew that my son wouldn’t be required to attend the music school because of his teachers requirement to self isolate. We were told a day before we were due to go away, that his teacher no longer needs to self isolate and that the lesson would be going ahead. Because we couldn’t attend we ended up losing a credit. (We pre-paid for my sons lessons)
Long story short, they have terrible customer service and I wouldn’t use this school again.
