This outdoor playgroup is brilliant – I can’t recommend it enough! There are themes and different activities each week alongside the brilliant mud kitchen which has fresh produce to learn and play with!

My little girl loves it, we’ve been coming every week since she started walking and she’s nearly two now. I always have to drag her away!

We attend the Thursday sessions come rain or shine as there’s plenty of cover and we find being outside is so good for her, my little one always has a great nap after! Everyone is so lovely and friendly – it’s great to have a chat over a cup of tea and a biscuit .

By far our favourite play group. Both my boys absolutely love going whatever the weather, my youngest asks to go there everyday after school drop off.
Shelter for the wetter days, however the rain never stops all the fun, if anything it adds to the day as more mud and puddles to play in.
Their is always a fantastic range of tuff trays set up, the mud kitchen and obstacles to play on which encourages lots of creative play opportunities.
We absolutely love wild bears. My little boy was quite shy when we first started attending and has really grown in confidence. He used to get upset if he got dirty and now loves to get stuck in. He particularly enjoys making food and drink for all around in the mud kitchen as well as finding bugs and wildlife on the allotment. Lisa is really friendly and welcoming and he’s taken such a shine to her that he asks for her when we’re not there. Can’t wait to attend more sessions this year. Not only is it great for littles, it’s good for grownups to be able to socialise with other grownups too. If all that wasn’t enough, there’s tea and biscuits. What’s not to love!
These classes and events are amazing, my boys love it. The set up is really good and a good variety of activities. I have been attending irregularly since being at the community centre and that was good but now the new venue is the next level and continually improving. Wish we could commit to every week as I definitely would if I could.
Been going to these outdoor stay and play sessions for over a year now. My daughter is now 3.5 years old. Lisa is lovely takes time to engage with everyone. There is a lot of different people and ages and everyone seems to get along and get stuck in. I found every session everyone who helps or attends to be very friendly. I have a very attached little girl but she wanders around having fun leaving me to sit and enjoy a hot coffee and a biscuit. Lots of time and effort put into these sessions and you can tell Lisa is very passionate x
