Our little girl has been at TOSN Bromsgrove for 2.5yrs now. Her time at this nursery has been integral in her development. From the montessori set ups, caring and genuinely passionate staff, to huge variety in activities – our little girl has truly thrived here. Chloe, Danielle, Maisie and Kayleigh are just a few of the staff here who’ve been fantastic in creating such a wonderful environment for our kiddos to thrive in. Our little girl especially loves the home corner, dressing up, sports on a Tuesday, being outside, learning sign language and song time! As a parent, things that tick the boxes for me are communication, pictures and updates on the app, parents evenings, good key workers, variety in their week, good nutritious food and supportive in milestones such as toilet training.
Would not hesitate recommending TOSN to anyone
The team at My First Friends are so friendly and welcoming, I started my son here full time and as you can imagine, I was very nervous. He settled in so well due to the care that the Practitioners give him & absolutely loves it. I would certainly recommend this nursery to anyone and feel so at ease knowing how well my son is being looked after.
This is a lovely nursery, which I strongly recommend. The management team is very friendly and effective; the members of staff are equally very friendly, welcoming and do their job with passion. My son started going there when he was just 5 and half months old, and has attended a few sessions a week over the past couple of months, before going there full time in September. He has settled in very well and seems to enjoy his time there. Whenever I leave him, he seems happy and I know he is well looked after. The nursery also uses an app which keeps me updated about my child’s daily routine and has observations written by the staff.
So far, I have been extremely pleased with the level of care provided and how I have been treated as a parent. I have no doubt that once my son attends nursery full time in a couple of months time, he will flourish.

The staff have always been amazing. My little one has loved going to nursery and has never not wanted to go.
The staff interact great with all the children and parents.
The nursery is clean, Spacious and plenty there to enrich the children for all stages within there development.
The staff are compassionate, kind, considerate, caring, know you on a personal level, yet show professionalism. They also take time to learn the children’s individual preferences.
The Parent link app, lets me see the progress and activities my child has done throughout the day. And staff promptly update it. It’s also updated with the food they have been offered throughout the day, the menu is well thought and fresh ingredients are utilised throughout all meal times.
I would definitely recommend.

My little girl has been going to this nursery for almost 2 years now. She settled in very quickly and has been happy there ever since. The staff all do a brilliant job and have a brilliant rapport with both the children and parents. The children seem to be kept busy with a variety of ever changing indoor and outdoor activities and I can tell that the nursery has had a hugely positive impact on my daughter’s development. The app that the nursery use to keep parents updated is also invaluable. I wouldn’t want to send my little girl anywhere else. I am currently pregnant and intend to send baby no 2 to my first friends, we won’t even bother looking elsewhere!
