I am very disappointed by our experience of trying to get a place here. We have been waiting for more than one year, joined the waiting list, paid money and when I contacted them a few months before our start date, they started offering me days and hours that are not suitable for me, but it looks like very suitable for them. I don’t see the point in filling in the registration form if they offer only what they want. You pay money, waste your time and then you get nothing. They don’t give any guarantee that you have a place for your desired month. Very unfriendly staff. Don’t waste your time and money on them. It is overrated and they take advantage of it.

As an agency worker from Able Staffing a few years ago, the manager was so rude.

She would not let me get my coat during my lunch break, as I accidently left it in the toddler room on a hanger, where my purse was inside the pocket.

I was going to tell her that I wasn’t going to disturb the children’s sleep and get it quickly, but she still said no. So I ended up starving and feeling very cold outside. Thanks for that. Much appreciated. Very unproffesional on her part. I Never want to work at a nursery again, thanks to her.

I can’t recommend this place. Put my child on waiting list and paid money for this. Was waiting for a year to get a place. Admin confirm that they have an available place, so we agreed that my son will start in September and they will contact me in August. A couple of days later I decided to ask a few questions and admin was acting weird and said to me that she will check if they have the place for us to start. I told her she is already confirmed that they do have the place. She didn’t message me back for 2 days. Then I messaged her and she said they don’t have space for us. I felt so discriminated because while visit she made a few comments about my child being too active and that they will have problem to keep him sitting still. It wasn’t nice at all. Obviously money for a waiting list wasn’t refundable just keep this in mind , they will charge you for being on the waiting list and might not provide you a space or will be discriminated

My children love their teachers and they always come out very happy and excited to tell me about their day. My son has attended the nursery for over 2 years and he is developing so well. My daughter started in September and was a lockdown baby who never wanted to leave my side. I was nervous as to how she would react being around people that she didn’t know but the teachers managed the situation well and kept me up to date. Now she runs out the door on nursery days and cannot wait to spend the day with her teachers and her friends. Communication is very good at the nursery and I get regular updates. Throughout the year I speak with the teachers to agree what support I’d like from them in terms of child development. I am so happy with everything they do, they’re very friendly and approachable. On occasion I have emailed the manager or room leaders for supportive ideas at home and they have always been willing to help me. I honestly feel that the children are at the heart of everything they do. Thank you so much for everything

Bellissima Beckenham Junction is an amazing nursery. I have sent my three children to this nursery after having a terrible time at another local nursery. Bellissima was like a breathe of fresh air compared to any others I had been to. The staff are engaged, proactive with your child’s development, they truly care for your children and have such enthusiasm. My children got the absolute best care and I had such confidence in leaving them with the staff as you have an online portal updating you on everything that is happening and pictures sent during the day (which was especially important in the early days). I cannot recommend this nursery enough for anyone needing to find that safe, caring and engaged environment for your children.
