My Daughter joined in Year 7, She really likes going to this school. She love getting up in the mornings to go to school!. This say how much the Teachers are doing a great job. The schools keeps me updated and I have had no issues with it so far. I would recommend this school to other parents. If like my daughter, she/he was finding it hard to make friends in other schools, she/he will find it easy here.
My daughter has just recently started Reception, and she is taking to the school very well. The class sizes are small, the teaching and genuine empathy and care to the students is just incredible to see and hear back from my daughter. I have observed so many 1 star reviews often with the same review posted. I am glad I paid no attention and took the time like any sensible parent, to visit the school and take along my daughter so we could both assess the schools suitability. It is clear someone or some rival has an axe to grind and is maliciously posting 1 star reviews, some with no comments. I would recommend parents do their own due diligence and visit the school before they sing its praises or criticise. My personal experience is this is a fine school and staffed with excellent teaching staff and importantly, well behaved and raised children.
My son has been at the school since Reception age. In that time he has developed with great guidance and teaching from the school. We have been lucky to benefit from some great teachers who have always made time to speak to me and discuss my sons progress.

The school has a lovely community feel and I feel prepares the children well in early years and the junior school for their next step. I feel it is well positioned as a school for pre secondary at the moment. With the planned development to add better sports and teaching facilities it becomes a good option for older children too.

My child has been at this school for 2 years. The school during this time has had a lot of change in leadership and as always that results in staff leaving or moving around. In my opinion it is good for the school that some staff have left or are leaving. The school needs staff that are on board with the vision and some teachers are openly letting parents know that they are not.
My daughter is very happy at the school and although the teaching isn’t consistent in all subjects it is improving.
My son started in Reception last year September and we couldn’t be happier!

From the outset the admissions department worked with us to satisfy our questions and arrange COVID safe visits during the pandemic (outside of school hours).

We met the Head of Early Years and really connected with her ethos and passion. The set up was inclusive, taking into account the children’s view (child led) with lots of activities and extra curricular classes. The highlights for us are Forrest School, Dance Classes, Swimming (pre covid) and a ‘Real Tool’ station where the children can hammer and use screw drivers! (Sounds scary but is extremely safe and the children love it!)

The school environment is clean, happy and welcoming. The Senior Leadership team are very approachable, they actually greet the parents and children every morning in the playground before going into class.

The very best thing for us is that our son is absolutely thriving! It’s fair to say that he started the school year as a skeptic but by October he was converted and now comes out of school so happy every day! Despite only starting in September 2020, he has made lots of friends who we can’t wait to have play dates with when we finally get back to some normality.
