My son could have gone to Grammar schools locally, but he is happy here because of the teachers and management and behaviour.

My daughter has the opportunity to study in this school and teachers have been very supportive in her learning journey.They get parents involved as well.

My children love this school. They are excited to go in the morning and come back energised in the afternoon. They’re always talking about how great their friends are and many inspiring teachers. Best of all, they choose to spend extra time in the Gurdwara and do sangat and seva.

As a parent of a Yr 8 student at Pioneer Secondary School (PSA), I am delighted to share my experiences of this exceptional school offering of profound learning, growth, & inspiration. The Gurdwara offers a safe space for students to reflect and contemplate, meditate and experience mindfulness, practice kirtan as well as experiment with diverse music genres including a fusion of classical and modern styles. The students enjoy connecting with Gurbani through Kirtan, Simran, Sukhmani Sahib, Sehj Path and a daily Hukumnama

*Gurudwara Seva opportunities*
By far a major stand out experience, with both national and international engagements. Some key highlights during the last year include:
– Celebrated Guru Nanak Devji’s GuruPurub in Paris. Meeting the Sikh Mayor of Bobigany, participating in Kirtan & Seva in various gurudwaras in Paris. Making new friends and experiencing the sights of Paris.
– On Stage at Vaisakhi in Trafalgar Square (visited by 20,000+). An exceptional world class delivery of self-composed poems, speeches, and musical piece as well as the story of Vaisakhi live and digitally to an audience of thousands.
– Kirtan seva for an auspicious occasion at largest Gurudwara in London (Park Avenue Gurudwara) in the presence of Guru Granth Sahib ji and the sangat.

*Engagement*
Finally, as a parent, I have been impressed with the level of involvement, engagement and communication by the school. PSA actively engages parents in the educational journey, creating a partnership that benefits the parents, students and the entire school community.

Finally, the Sikhi spirit within the school empowers our children to grow, recognise their own personal potential and provide the faith, belief, values and confidence for them to achieve anything they believe in with humanity and humility at the core.
