I’ve recently completed the Level 2 Vegan Diploma at Demuths Cookery School and what an amazing experience it has been!

Despite being a confident home cook, I’ve learnt a lot: from using ingredients I wasn’t familiar with, to learning different cooking techniques and tricks to bring my food to the next level. I can see an improvement on my plating skills too and I am much more confident than I was before, especially with baking.

We couldn’t have asked for a better teacher: our chef tutor Helen was passionate, inspirational, creative and so patient when it came to answer all of our questions!

The rest of the Demuths family, from Georgia to all the other chef assistants were super kind and always made us feel comfortable.

I’ll definitely be back to complete level 3! I can’t wait

Such a great experience, learning from seasoned professionals, driven by passion for food and technique. The whole team are an asset to the business and enriched our daily cooking journey. I loved every single second … and mouthful of the 3.2 diploma course I can’t wait to repeat the experience for a third time in France – 5 stars are not enough. If you are hesitating about booking ..don’t – just do it, you will love it
We attended the supper club last night at Demuths Cookery School and it was great.

I was blown away by the combination of flavours and how well presented each dish was.

Attended the vegan cakes and puddings day course. Having tried and failed by myself trying to work out how to get the right textures, this course gave me the tips and practice I needed to make different types of cakes and pastries. Helen was a lovely, approachable and knowledgeable tutor.
Attended both the vegan fast and delicious and indulgent vegan course and would highly recommend both. The course is well organised and the teachers are knowledgable and create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. High quality ingredients are provided and I’ve picked up some useful techniques! Thank you very much, I hope to see you again.
