My daughter attends nursery here and we can’t say enough positive things about our experience so far. The staff are attentive, they notice things about our girl talking and her interests that we hadn’t even managed to notice at home yet! The food is great and our picky eater eats double lunch almost every day (lifesaver for us tbh!) and she comes out happy as anything. Thank you to the team, keep up the great work!
Well done to the whole team at Acorn One for the outstanding work . They’re real wizards of child’s development: settling, eating, sleeping, movement, social skills.
My child started at 7 months, despite a young age settled in every well. Since starting the nursery 6 months ago I can see more consideration to other children, showing sympathy like hugging a teddy and giving a crying child a toy, real curiosity exploring books and toys at such early age. Not to mention that his eating and sleeping habits got a bit more rounded. What’s not to love?
I rarely write reviews, but having seen the comments from the two ladies above, I have to disagree.

As a parent (and now a grand-parent) I’ve had first-hand experience with Woodgreen Nursery for many years and have always been impressed by the level of care they offer, the dedication they show and the facilities they’ve invested in. I’ve had experience of other children’s nurseries, but in my view they are probably the best in the area and I find it difficult to believe that they would not give a child fluids for over eight hours. That sounds inconceivable to me.

My daughter attending here , I took her out. There was a unexplained bruise on her head , I asked them what happened and they didn’t know , my daughter was only 6 months old unable to crawl or walk , so couldn’t of done this to her self , they dealt with me badly over this , now working as a ta I know that this isn’t the way to handle a situation like this ,
