This is a great and caring school. It has come forward a lot in improvements and is ever continuing to improve further. It has state of the art science labs being built and whole new sports facilities and changing rooms. Ms Mason is extremely passionate about the school and the education of the pupils. She and the teaching staff do everything to help the children learn, improve, challenge themselves and exceed even their own expectations. The school has a very caring and community feel as soon as you walk in the door.
This use to be a good school. However since Mr Martin has left the school has gone down hill. Putting a new uniform on the kids has done nothing for the bad behaviour and bullying.
Adeyfield school will go the same way as Highfield school did, history will repeat itself unless action is taken to prevent it from happening again, if the school governers don’t do something quick, within a few years Adeyfield will have a new housing development where the school once stood!!
Do not think of the pupils, just how their statistics look, bullying procedures are not even followed, school does not take parents opinion on board, would not recommend!!!!
With all 3 of my children I feel the school acted in its own interest NOT the interest of the child. i.e not dealing with bullies….etc..
