All teachers are very nice. We are regularly updated with reports and photos of our son, so we are kept in the loop with how he is progressing.

He loves it at Owls, it took him a couple of weeks to be fully settled but each day the teachers were reassuring and friendly.

He does lots of activities whilst he is there and always seems to come home with a smile and full of enthusiasm.

Raised concerns about how I was shouted at in-front of my kids and other parents by one of the staff. My concerns were looked into by the manger and dealt with within a short time.
