Unprofessional staff, was quick to respond and take my money but not answer the phone to ask for directions so ended up missing the first 2 sessions. Then told me not to bother turning up to the 3rd as all the kids would receive a swimming badge which was fine. Hardly doing me a favour by moving me to the next term. If it’s their fault I couldn’t even go to any of the sessions. Just really unprofessional. Busy location too, I thought it would be a quiet baby swimming class but it wasn’t, it was full of noisy kids of various ages. Not for me thanks, wouldn’t even give me a refund even though they’ve got plenty of time to sell the sessions for next term. Go elsewhere
We have taken our little boy here since he was 3 months old, he is now nearly 2. Can’t recommend them enough. Great variety of lessons, friendly staff, good facilities. Perfect for little ones, they all love it!
This is by far the beat swim school my son has attended (we have tried 2 others). The progress he has made in the last 7 weeks is astounding. Thank you all.
My daughter has just finished her first course and loves it she looks forward to it every week. Just wished they didn’t have the gap in August but we all deserve a brake.
Avoid. Very impatient and unprofessional.
