This has recently changed ownership. It’s taken nearly two weeks – multiple phone calls, emails, voicemails, calls backwards and forwards to check availability as they have a switchboard to head office and you cant speak directly to the nursery. Two weeks to find out that finally they dont have space. The process is really terrible as this should have been one short phone call. Our previous experience was brilliant 5* all round before this changed hands.
We are in this nursery for already a month and we like it. The staff is very friendly and always tell us what the kid did during the day and if there were any incidents. Our kid likes going there and always wants to come back. Also he didn’t know English before joining, but within a month he started using English words.
Brilliant nursery, lovely staff, my son has been going since he was 5 months and has always been cared for brilliantly. He absolutely loves it there, they have so many activities going on and the location between the park and town makes for great walks for them. Cannot recommend it enough
Great nursery with friendly and caring staff. The children are well looked after with free play, some structured time and regular trips out.
My son has been attending Little Monkys pre school for 18 months. From day 1 he has been cared for like he is with family. All of the staff are so lovely and welcoming. Can’t recommend enough.
