Communication was poor !
Lessons when they actually happened were very flipflop… 10-20 min sessions, Not sure who can learn in that time frame. I know we all had to adapt to COVID but come on ! School and Music lessons double booking the room ….. and then being invoiced for lessons that to be honest never happened….
