I would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire staff at Collegiate for the hard work and exceptional organisation of all students before and during the Lock down of schools, from the end of March to present time.
The students were equipped with all of the skills and work they needed to be able to learn online before most schools closed. Collegiate was one of the first schools to go into lock down to protect their students. Being a vet teacher myself, It was a very challenging process to change your entire learning program to an online platform. I can see the hard work and time that the teachers and staff have put in, to ensure this process was successful. The ongoing pastoral care has been invaluable during this difficult time.
My daughter started at Collegiate in Grade 7.
We are so happy that we made the commitment to change schools, having a child that experiences anxiety and learning difficulties, she has had ongoing support and encouragement, her ongoing progress has been very pleasing to see. We now have a young teenager that is happy to go to school. The teachers, Principal, management, admin and entire staff are exceptional educators and everyone including the students are supportive to each other and the community.
