Review for Iramoo Primary School

~Introduction~
I am a student of Iramoo and I’m giving my honest opinion (so feel free to disagree, this is my experince here). This might change overall the next years but this is my current opinion in 2024.

~The Downsides~
Iramoo is a very decent school yet has many down sides. Firstly, there is lots of gossiping especially in the senior years (Specifically Years 5-6.) Years 5-6 students also have lots of drama, some of them are really disrespectful, some break rules often and some make fun of others. Yet, most students have a kind and caring mindset unlike others. It is also very rare to see physical fights here, yet word fights are pretty common. And if there is bullying, teachers do some effort but not a lot. Also, the senior toilets are a disaster. (If you’re in the junior years, you don’t need to worry about anything if you’ve been a nice person)

~The Good sides~
Ok, I might have given a little to much down sides so you might be wondering why I rated Iramoo with a 4 star rating. Let me explain. Let’s start of with the well-behaved students. If you’re planning to go to Iramoo as a new student or just starting, I guarantee, you’ll enjoy you’re first day. Teachers and students are really welcoming and friendly if it’s your first time in Iramoo. It is also pretty easy to make friends there. I’m glad most students are really helpful. Some teachers might be a little strict yet, they care a lot about their students and want to keep them safe. Education is actually pretty good there. I’ve learned tons of things there especially if your in Enrichment or VHAP (which I am). Playgrounds are also really good although get pretty slippery or wet if it has rained. There is also some good hang out places for you and your friends to talk or play at. There is also 2 Gaga pits (Gaga is a fast paced, high energy sport played in an octagonal pit. One of the pits have just been finished recently). However, you might make several enemies while playing…

~Conclusion~
Well, there you have it! Well, the rules might’ve changed over years but this is what it is now right there in 2024. As I said, you might not agree with my review but that’s alright! Just remember to always be nice because people will be nice back L. Have a good day/ night .

good facilities and good memories. though there was this one teacher that really left a scar on me til this day. always accused me of stuff i never did and put me in time out. i always tried smiling at her to gain a better relationship with her but it never worked and i always suffered everytime i went to afterschool care. the canteen food hella good tho
(fran if u see this u ruined my life)
This school is a school of distinction, It teaches discipline, good habits, moral’s, values and best of all how to grow into a teenager being street smart . The principal is proven with her long term history with Iramoo. If this was a private school, parents would be lined up to receive such a great education for there children.

5 stars go to the staff, leaders and facilities provided.

Edit- 9 years later I am in disgust. This school serves cold cheese sandwiches to people who don’t have enough money. It has butter a big chunk, with hair, and not even toasted. My daughter is and was disgusted by she had a problem with dairy and was forced to eat it. She came home and threw up 2 times. I am mostly disgusted with miss stumpo, she had been very, very mean to all my children. I am still in disgust. If the principal sees this, this school is disgustingly cruel.

This is now 2.1 stars. This is not what I payed for.

This school is the worst out of the Wyndham vale and Werribee district doesn’t care about bully give u a detention of u do self defence how can u walks way when you have got 3 people on you by far the worst school don’t send ur kids
The school is small and peaceful, creating a pleasant environment for my daughter to enjoy every day. The students are friendly, and the teachers and staff are incredibly helpful and approachable.
