I would not recommend this center to anyone! For starters, the teacher I dealt with was not interested in teaching my children UNLESS I signed them up for a IEP evaluation. Every single conversation we had was about this program that I constantly denied. I took my babies to get help outside of the program and the providers disagreed with everything the teacher was saying. Oh, I’m not finished there. apparently they are “not allowed to teach the ABCs or the 123s (etc) due to certain reasons”…. Yet, they are not allowed to voice what they are actually teaching these babies. Again, I’m not sure about the other employees but this experience was only with my kids teacher. For the parents who are looking into this school, do not sign your babies up for that program unless you receive a second opinion. That IEP program sticks with your kids throughout life.
This is an amazing program, I’m so grateful the kids are safe and really nurtured. The principal is amazing and honestly so is every member of staff. They’re always smiling and welcoming and my daughter never has a bad day here. The 4 teachers I am familiar with REALLY go above and beyond. You make it possible for me to work and provide for my family and have peace of mind that my daughter is learning and being loved. Good job!!!!
I am very pleased with Woodlawn Learning Center; From the Principal Mrs.Brown to Mrs.Mullins & Mrs. Sherry. I couldn’t ask for better leadership for my son. He has flourished academically and socially. They always go above and beyond to make sure that my child is in a comfortable and safe learning environment. Thank you Woodlawn!
