I have two boys who have been going to Didion since Kindergarten and the standard of teaching is excellent. API score is 903 and state rank is 9 out of 10. This is one of the only schools I know that still has Music classes, despite the recession, with an undeniably talented music teacher. It shows at the kid’s winter and fall performances which will leave you in awe at how good they kids are. The staff is always helpful and always pleasant. In addition, I don’t think the school will run as efficiently as it does without Mr. Norm Policar, the high caliber teachers and a very high parent participation in this school.
Terrible staff. The principal does not manage his staff to provide a welcoming and productive environment. The office staff is the worst I have ever seen. They are similar to dealing with the DMV. We left the city of Sacramento because of this school.
Among the kids (middle-high school) of Pocket Didion has a great reputation.
