When my daughter joined the north star family after leaving the east orange school district she was failing in every subject, having a hard tike grasping the concepts of every subject, and overall discouraged. The day they called to inform me of her enrollment to school i was so happy and they day i walked into that scholl i was told that she would be ok. My daughter has read 3 books since the school year has begun, she has a since of confidence and pride in herself that she didnt have, and wakes up with the enthusiasm to attend school to learn. My daughter left 5th grade as a straight F student, after i received her 1st marking period report i’m so proud that she is now a b-c student. I see the growth and i thank you for inspring and educating my daughter. This is what no kid left behind she be about.
I am not a huge fan of this school. The students are funny and stuff but the teachers are a little favorite. They favor one person and don’t pay attention to others. There detention is 1 hour and 30 minutes. There lunch is nasty. I would rather go to a public school than this. Although I do like there new schedule
Do not go, unless you want your child to be unhappy! This school is fill with bad students and over the top teachers that yell at your children. Dont go, unless you want your child to be depress, tired, and sad from screaming teachers. Even the principle is worse than all the teachers. BELIEVE ME!
