This is the most unprofessional business I have ever enrolled my son in. Teachers show up late or not at all, with no substitute teacher. I called to complain to their customer service, but nothing got resolved. They just take customers money and do not improve their service. I would not recommend SafeSplash to anyone, at least not the Lynnwood location. If I could give this place no stars, I would. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere, really any other place that values customers feedback and make changes to staff if needed.
My son (6) has been going to this school for over a year. It is the BEST swim school in Seattle. He has gone from a Level 3 with bad habits to a confident Level 5 and I expect he will be moving up to 6 soon. Rebekah is a very patient instructor and she makes sure that all of her staff loves children and loves swimming! He is now a confident swimmer who cheers on swim days. The lessons are a perfect length and the price is well below any other swim school in the area. We are so happy with Safesplash!
Do not take your baby here. Their website says the class is in a baby pool but they do not have one. My daughter was shivering the whole time and when we got out her lips were purple. When I called for a refund they said they had to run it by management first. This company is a joke.
