We had our first appointment with my 4-year-old son which went well. We were due to come back and before our appointment we confirmed it with staff that told us they switched over to a new platform and had to redo everything which was a huge inconvenience. We get to our appointment and wait for 30 minutes before we were told we had to reschedule and that someone would reach out to us that day. 2 days later we got a call to reschedule, and she told us she would get back with us with days that worked well for her, we never got that information. This place should not be associated with the Wentzville school district. HORRIBLE service, and they obviously don’t place kids in their bracket of concerns.
Barfield has been a life saver for our family, after my child received a few diagnoses! My child needs help in some areas and Ms Coffee and the rest of the staff there have been amazing. I have had nothing but positive experiences here and I love that the special education program is uniform with all of the staff using the same techniques.

Their ability to focus in on the differing abilities of the kids and highlight their positive traits has brought so much peace! I feel like my child is loved and accepted when she is with them.

My child went here from 3-6 years old. She had Ms. Tara and Ms. Shara another year. The therapists were top notch. Everybody always kept in touch with me and really cared about my child. I would’ve kept her there forever if I could.
