The Gardner School provides a nurturing and enriching environment for young children, fostering their holistic development while ensuring a strong educational foundation. As parents of a toddler who recently joined the school in January, we have been delighted with the experience thus far.

One of the standout aspects of The Gardner School is the dedication and care exhibited by the teachers and supporting staff. From the very beginning, during our son’s transition period, we were met with warmth and understanding. Ms. Cheri, his primary teacher, has been particularly exceptional. Her genuine affection for the children shines through, making our little one feel cherished and valued. It’s heartening to see our son form such positive bonds with his teachers and peers. All his teachers, including, Ms. Areya & Ms Moushumi are genuinely so kind and nice.

Moreover, the school offers a diverse range of enrichment classes, such as music and dance, which further enhance the learning experience. We appreciate Ms. Lexi for encouraging our son to explore these activities, as it has been a source of joy for him.

The Gardner School’s philosophy centers on providing a rich learning environment that stimulates all facets of a child’s growth – physical, social, emotional, and intellectual. This approach resonates with us as parents, as we believe in nurturing our child’s self-esteem and curiosity, essential for their development and exploration of the world around them.

We love TGS – River north location. Our son has been going since he was 2. The facility is newer and just opened right before Covid.

The teachers are amazing and have really helped our child through his anxiety. He loves it there. When we are outside of school and he does something interesting, he always can’t wait to share with his teachers. Also when we are on vacation he gets worried his teachers doesn’t know where he is ??. Shout out to Ms. Sam and Ms Taylor who he has been with the longest but all the teachers are amazing!

Not only is it a nice facility and enriching environment, but the school is pretty small so you get to know the other parents quickly. Feels like a small community and the kids get together outside of school hours too.

Gardner River North is such a great school! From the front desk staff to Miss Sydney and Mr. DJ. They really care to make sure our children our safe and learning. I appreciate always be welcome into the class and knowing that my son was good in class and getting a detailed report each day I pick him up. I also love that they send us photos and daily learning so we know what our children are doing during the day. Such a great staff! Sad to see Miss Sydney go but Mr. DJ is fabulous. I’m sure he will do a great job as well.
