This school is awful. The problems stem from the ‘higher ups’ – mainly with the Leader of Student Well-being who is extremely rude to deal with and makes you wonder if she hates her life (!). Teachers who are not experienced enough in Year 10-12 classes are put on to take them due to extreme staffing shortages. Numbers have rapidly dropped in the amount enrolling each year, and it becomes immediately obvious why.
School is out of control with bullies and the School does nothing about it. I heard nothing but bad news from this school before i sent my daughter and now i regret it 1000%. I still get nothing but bad reviews from parents that have sent their daughter here. The Nagle girls are always into fights when in Westpoint Blacktown and the principal tells you to call the cops instead of coming to identify the students and deal with it. If you care about your daughters mental state, you will keep them away from Nagle.
DO NOT LET YOUR DAUGHTER OR YOURSELF DO SENIOR YEARS HERE!!
very unfriendly staff leadership team. They will claim to support your child and help but they have not done either. The leadership staff team are too lazy and unbothered to do anything useful or help you/your daughter if they need it. They care way too much about petty things such as skirt length and piercings. I know many girls who have gotten upset bcs the teachers were picking on small issues such as cultural nose piercings etc. Any thing is that there is nothing fun there, barely do anything for holidays and events such as multicultural day, christmas, etc. There are barely any school camps and excursions. Another thing is that half the school is falling apart but they insist on spending their money on useless junk no one cares about. The leadership won’t let the students have fun at all. there is also no microwave or fridge services for the students to use. They also don’t care abt the students when it is raining and too hot, instead they will kick the students out of sheltered places.
HOWEVER
most classroom teachers are friendly and supportive and the students there understand and support eachother because they know the staff leadership team won’t.
Teachers do not care about you–not your wellbeing, education, or even safety. I’ve been stared at while getting changed, and these teachers still do not care. There’s like one teacher that is actually even half decent. I’m not pointing names, but there are, at the very least, six people harassing me and my friends. And yes, we did bring it up to the teachers, but they care too much about our skirt length and second piercing to even care. I don’t think theres anything else I have to say
Nope nope no. This school is not it, do not put your kids through this i am begging you. Would give 0 stars but thats not possible
