Horrible place – I have 3 boys and have pulled all of them out of this school. Fr Romo – the pastor and Allen Aackerman – the principal cater to the ” in ” crowd and do whatever the parents demand – no matter the consequences. My oldest son – in 4th grade at the time – was kicked out of school for expressing thoughts about maybe hurting himself due to a recent rash of deaths in our extended family. Instead of helping the child out, they kick him out of school roughly 2 weeks before the end of the school year. It’s such a welcoming place, especially when Aackerman – the principal asks you – ” why are you still here ” – that’s the response I got from the principal at the start of the next school year for my other 2 sons – wow real welcoming. I just have a quick message for the pastor and principal – WWJD? What would Jesus do??? They can’t answer because they have no idea what it means to be Catholic. In closing, look at other Catholic schools on the north side, you will be disappointed at Andrews!
My kids go to school there and they love it they have such nice teachers and the principal and it is a really good experience for my kids school is very big and old I would love to write five sports stars teams for the sports are really good there I have a bunch of different activities and it’s good for kids No you want to??????
Saint Andrew offers a wonderful learning environment with excellent, caring teachers and small class sizes. My son has excelled at the school and loves going each day. All the kids are polite, friendly and embody the Saint Andrew’s Catholic values.
