If I could give zero stars I would! I had nothing but bad experiences with this school and their program. I was pressured into using my MyCAA to attend this college and was told by a representative that this was the only college I could use my grant at. The woman wouldnt leave me alone, after I told her it was the week of my wedding and I didnt have time to sit down and sign up for school. She harrsssed me until finally I gave into it when she continues to act like I was an idiot if I didnt sign up. Half way through the program I realized it was all fake and its not even like a real college. I was promised a book to prepare me for the national certification exam and never received it, when I finished all my courses, no one contacted me about post graduation stuff or the certification. They only contacted me to ask if I wanted to do the associates degree and when I said no they tried to pressure me into it and when I continued to say no they never responded. I am highly dissatisfied and will never recommend this school to anyone. Its all a scam! You dont receive your certification! I just wasted 6 months of my life! All of the good reviews on google are fake reviews! Dont fall for it!
Whatever you do, DO NOT attend this college! I started with a certificate program and when I graduated from that was told I could further my education and receive an Associates degree with only an additional six months of schooling, that was not the case! I spent those whole six months in school thinking I was going to graduate with an Associates degree and when my diploma arrived in the mail, it was only a certificate. Needless to say, I was heartbroken and felt really stupid as I had told everyone I knew that after all these years of not doing anything with my life that I was going to have an associates degree. Also, their instructors didnt really seem to care about my education anytime I reached out throughout my studies with questions, they would either give me very vague answers or even the wrong answers. It appears that they just haphazardly put this college together and Im not sure how they are still nationally accredited cause my whole experience was nothing short of a nightmarish joke!
I feel like I wasted so much money at this school. It isn’t accredited so I couldn’t get a license in Florida when I moved there. I also called to see why my transcripts hadn’t been sent to another college after 16 days when I was told it takes 7-10 and they changed their answer to 7-14 business days. The automated email response even says 7-10… Then they couldn’t even find me in their system and asked if I was sure about my name… It took 3 people to figure out how to properly spell it after repeating myself 10 times. Overpriced and not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend this school to anyone. They use recruiters to pressure military spouses into using their MyCAA credit at their college. I wish someone had been there to talk me out of it before I attended.
