The course itself was inexpensive and easy to complete. However, if you have questions or need help, have fun with that! Their customer service representative(s) are impatient, impolite, and unhelpful. I consider myself to be an easy person to get along with. I’m always polite when I speak with anyone (even telemarketers) and that was definitely not reciprocated. I called in twice to check the status of my case with them and both times the agent I spoke with made it very apparent that she put out by my inquiry. I had input my driver’s license incorrectly when I took the course and when I asked if they could look me up any other way, she interrupted me saying “no.” Seemed like she was just waiting for an opportunity to tell me “no.” I politely asked her to hold while I tried to figure out what the incorrect number was and after waiting for about 2 minutes, she told me she could, in fact, look it up another way. Having a cheap and efficient service already puts you ahead of all of the competition…it costs absolutely nothing to be polite to your customers.

We have done this traffic school between my husband and I in the past 4 years and we love it. It’s easy to follow along and meet the requirements. The open book makes it easier as well, but we didn’t need it. It’s very straight forward and is written in simple terms. This is a traffic school that we have tried and is true to what we like and need. You can’t go wrong with only spending a simple $5 and any additional add ons, like an additional copy of the certificate and other amenities. This is a traffic school we will happily come back to when we need it, or our children! 🙂
