My son started at this daycare when he was 6 weeks old and attended consistently until last month. I received a phone call from Alyssa the daycare director that the decision was made to remove my son because the teacher could not control a 3 year old. I was given a one week notice. It’s very important to also mention that I’ve only had ONE parent conference in 3 years regarding his behavior. After complaining to the customer support team I was given an additional week by Alyssa the director. Which I did not accept because it was very unprofessional how the entire situation was handled. Alyssa told my husband the teacher was threatening to quit and Georgia has a teacher shortage so they sided with the teacher. We never missed a payment and always participated in the daycare events. How do you tell your child he’ll never see his little friends again ???????

I never had any issues with this facility until last month. I’m still very upset and will not recommend this facility because of they way they did my son. If they did it to us, they will do it to you!

Bottom line is you shouldn’t hire teacher’s who can’t control a toddler.

Terrible experience with both of my children who went here. If you are thinking about sending your child here, think again. Once your child has a teacher that doesn’t know how to handle kids doing age appropriate things, they will threaten to kick your child out that has been going there consistently for over two years without issue. They will say they will make a plan to help, but won’t do their part. They will just stack a case and “write” your child up over every little thing like opening a door. We even had another teacher there tell me my child isn’t the issue it’s the other teacher and they need better class management skills and offered to just keep my child in their class to help, which management ignored. The director and other management staff are a joke and scam. When you ask questions they don’t have answers. I should have listened to the countless others and teachers who told me they didn’t know what they were doing. My other child had a IEP and they just refused to follow it. Just don’t do it if you are thinking about it. Way too much stress and headache to deal with this place trust me.
My two boys have been in this beautiful, clean and fun filled establishment since they were 6 months old. My boys have life threatening allergies and they make you feel comfortable and reassured that they treat your kids as if they were your own. They also protect your kids…they understand if kids have a bad day because they get to know your kids like part of the family, but they do not allow constant disruptive and/or violent kids…The teachers are the best and my kids are soo smart because of them. They also have an app that shows you all your children’s activities as well as video monitoring so you can check in from wherever you are. My mother used to watch them from a whole other state which made her happy to see her grandkids. I highly recommend this school.
