Don’t waste your time here
Don’t come here.

Finally finish study so I can write my true opinion.

The reason that I choose here, just couple hundred dollars cheaper than others, I am regret it.

Lack of management.
Staff change frequently.
During the time I study, change up to 5 trainer.
If the school is good enough, how come the teacher keep changing right???

Assessment have lots of English grammar and spelling mistakes, definitely not creating by professional officer.

I have always submit my assessment on time, as it written on my COE, the certificate will issue 3 weeks after once completed all the unit.

I have speak with study services few time mention that I would like to get the soft copy certificate, so I can apply the Job ready program. Guess what! first they will said ” please send your request to the student services email”.

this is the reply that I got “we are current experiencing a large number of requests and there may be extended delays in processing time”

As a international student, only have limit time for visa, every single day delays it waste our time.

I received the soft copy certificate 3 months after I completed the course. This is ridiculous.

paid $23,000 for the school and received this terribly service.

This school keep getting large amounts of new student, but they don’t hire enough trainers to teach, so school postponed the course for few weeks, I feel so sorry for those students . Waste time for waiting just because the unorganized.

Also school don’t update the USI for us, have to keep telling them updates as this might affect the JRP, one of my classmates got rejected it because the USI wasn’t update.

Was good and learn a lot about automotive
Special thank goes to the trainer KEN and also wanna thank the student services.
Nice school to help you grow and learn different skills if you’re interested in developing in the hospitality industry
Had the opportunity to work with great professors that guided me throughout my course
Ridiculous school, unreliable staff. A joke of a school really. I learned nothing, I just wasted money and time. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from this joke. Unfair management
The worst experience after 8 years in Australia. Very poor and unfair management, not student but just money focused. Student coordinators and some teachers are not at all flexible in understanding students needs even if they comply with terms and conditions, therefore additional headaches in maintaining what you sign off for example: change of timetable during one term, marking delay which postpone your plans and much more.
Lack of communication and progress updates so make sure to check all your right periodically then report the issue to them, then wait few weeks before they will fix it.
I can guarantee you not to trust some reviews because they are fake from internal staff as additional evidence of which kind of “professionals” are working there.
In conclusion I would never ever recommend this college even to the worst person in the world.
P.s.: just one person was able to understand what was happening to me and I want to thank him.
