Terrible customer service from Becky, one of the instructors. My appointment was made for partial highlights and I was told approximately 2 hours. It took almost 5 hours. I understand it is a school and students are learning. But I also couldn’t see any highlights on the top of my head when we were done, and they said I can come back if needed. After a week of trying to style my hair to see the highlights, I decided to go back. I called and asked for the correction and Becky wanted to charge me for it. I asked if I am supposed to have highlights that are not showing on the top of my head and she explained “these are students learning”. While I understand that, I still believe in customer service and correcting mistakes. I then asked if I had stayed in the chair an additional 5 hours that day if they would have charged me this fee and she replied with “I guess since you’re complaining so much, we will do it for free”. I will never go back and support this school for such rude behavior and lack of customer service.
Great value! Shelby did my hair (cut, protein treatment and blow out) and it looks fantastic. Highly recommend!
Horrible staff and especially head instructor. Not well put together, wouldnt recommend going here at all
