The teachers are great and I respect the work they put in for the students. The front office staff are deplorable! I know that parents, students, as well as teachers loathe how they’re VERY lazy and won’t follow set rules that are posted online such as how online it says that that the office prefers that parents call in online for their child’s attendance but get mad bc they want a note from the parent. So a warning! BE PREPARED FOR LAZINESS AND ATTITUDE FROM THE OFFICE RECEPTIONISTS
The front office lady has been extremely rude on numerous occasions. Rolling her eyes and giving me an attitude for asking where the clinic was. My children are new to the school, and every time I come in she expects me to know how to sign in, as well as where everything is. If you are not good at greeting people, especially by being the front face of the school, then you should really look for a new job.
Just called the office to set up an appointment with counselors. Front office staff picked up the phone and did not let me explain. She just said: We are closed. Call Monday. Why would you pick up the phone if you were closed? Or why not helping me if you picked up the phone?
