Leaving the graduation ceremony up at Wells Fargo Arena. Horrible! As soon as you exit the building you are not allowed back in (no indication til it’s too late). Over 100° and you have alot of elderly and young children in the heat having to walk a distance to the parking lot which is a complete mess. Been sitting still for half hour already . Very poor organization. As I sit in my car I see several elderly looking overheated and trying to find shade and rest while en route to their vehicles. It was nice and cool indoors but everything leading up to and after very poorly planned and information not given. Heads up to future family and graduates.
As a student at the school I must say it is downright awful. Kids smoke weed in the bathroom, vape in the bathroom, and the bathrooms are a complete disaster. The mirrors are gone, the soap dispensers are gone, and there is graffiti all over the stalls. The freshman chemistry teachers have no idea what they are talking about, and with common core I’m overloaded with work and a little understanding of the work since the teachers are rushing through the lessons due to common core
The most of the teachers are decent but some that are absolutely horrifying, the food offered is overpriced cardboard, and the administration doesn’t care for the students whatsoever- all they care about is themselves. Their health service won’t even give ibuprofen to students in pain. Wow cheapskates.
